After a woman dies mysteriously, David is tormented by Banshees and an enigmatic figure with a white mask. Convinced that he is responsible for the death of this woman, he is admitted to a psychiatric hospital. But after his discharge the apparitions don’t stop.

‘The Keening’ came very close to never seeing the light of day. This no-budget film ran into trouble halfway through when the camera broke down. It’s down to the enthusiasm and commitment of the complete cast and crew that David could continue making ‘The Keening’ and it got finished. The end result is a very entertaining movie which shouldn’t be missed.
